Dear HRH Maha Chakri Sirindhorn:

I seek your moral intervention into incidents that damage the well-being and future of my family.

I am an American born citizen, a NASA engineer, a medical consultant and a teacher,,,,,and
a Crime Victim. I am denied legal relief from multiple injustices. Arbitrary and Unlawful Deprivation of Life; Denial of Fair Public Trial and an independent judiciary. I am denied employment .

There has been causes of serious fault:
BREECH OF CONTRACT, BIAS, COLLUSION, PERJURY [Thai Kasikorn Bank]
CRIMINAL THEFT OF ASSETS, PERJURY, MALFESEANCE [Thai Kasikorn Bank]
CRIMINAL THEFT OF ASSETS, PERJURY, MALFESEANCE [Royal Thai Metro Police]
DENIAL of Human Rights and US Childrens Rights [Thai Justice and Royal Thai Metro Police]
DENIAL OF FAIR PUBLIC TRIAL access to legal protection and to judication [Thai Justice Courts]
MISGOVERNANCE failure to detain and question or act against victimizer [Thai Metro Police]
FAILURE TO ASSIST TO SUMMON POLICE to detain and question victimizer [Thai Kasikorn Bank]
FORCED EXILE, FORCED AMBANDONMENT AND DEPREVATION [US Embassy Bangkok]
PERJURY when investigated by US Rep. Nancy Pelosi. [US Embassy Bangkok]

I am an ELDER US CITIZEN crime victim whose family has suffered derivative victimization.

The causitive source of this history was due to mistakenly sponsoring a Thai for US residency who
defrauded me out of both my USA and the Thai accounts; [Olan-Malisa Khamphungton] this was worsened by the Thai Kasikorn Bank collusion and by the Thai Royal Police indifference.

The damages done to me by the Thailand-side with the informed knowledge, with denial of incident damages and possible actions to assist, resulted in a combined collusion which in a USA Court would be a criminal conspiracy of convenience.

I and my family have found that the US Embassy does NOT repatriate destitute US Citizen crime
victims con gratis, this in itself endebts a victim already in debt and denies and abandons citizen children to a future of no opportunity.

The unethical nature of the Thai Kasikorn Bank in its practices regarding accounts and resolutions is
unassailable in Thailand due to Thai lawyers fears and Thai judicial favoritism.

The cause is through aiding a Thai for US residency sponsorship [he remains free in USA] the victimization is thru the US Embassy not protecting nor aiding US Citizen Crime Victims and their Family; not aiding in their survival nor extracting them from further harm, victimization, and allowing family disunity. This is a civil and criminal case against US State Dept and does involve malfeseance of US Congress in permitting and allowing it to continue.

I am unlikely to be 'rescued' and my children likely to be absorbed into the biased culture of Thailand. A crime against a citizen and his children denied Rights and Relief from exploitation is... a moral, civil, and criminal crime against all Citizens and Children of the World.

e. Denial of Fair Public Trial The Constitution provides for an independent judiciary; however, while the judiciary generally was regarded as independent, it was subject to corruption and influence. The Constitution prohibits forced exile, forced ambandonment and deprevation of escape or surival or well-being methods. and the Government did not practice it.
