Dear President Obama :
     You were contacted as a US Senator, ...as a Senator hoping to become US President,
and again and again ...as US President. You are a 'first' in US history for a President
however you are a 'last' and typical of all preceeding Presidents; you roll over or
roll with the tide; you compromise, you bend to the politics.
   The USA has a 'partnering relationship with Thailand, a UN member who has NOT SIGNED all of the
Hague Accords for Childrens' rights...and notablly a member of asian-collective : ASEAN..of whom eight (8) of its' members [also UN members] have a 'cultural tradition' a 'social' policy...usually meaning... absolutely no written laws...that permits parental child abduction [kidnapping]. You intervene for US Corporations. for patent ownership of IT, VDO, MPG rights and Thailand superficially permits it to the extent it gives the appearance of 'cooperative',
international, and 'civilized'.
    You DO NOT intervene for a US citizen child or a USC father's rights; you abandon US Citizens.
    Thai 'cultural tradition' without laws strips a father of obligations and custody rights and a means of intervention to protect. Thai Police always 'give-over' children to a Thai mother...without any police records being made or requests for the mother's arrest no matter the criminality or the psychosis.
     Are these your 'partners' for policies or 'partner's' for immoral and unethical human rights breeches? Perhaps the theft and use of those stolen and pressed ganged into being 'slaves' to ones household and estate was OK also? Or perhaps President Obama, you lack a black soul but do indeed have a black heart?
    Thailand, under the guise of 'democracy' just like you, and appearing 'progressive and modern' just like you...wants to be seated on the UN Commision for Human Rights..
     Thailand admits that although they have a less than perfect history...'Thailand can learn on the job once instated.' ...as quoted by the current MFA ...the wouldbe promoter of himself for this job.
     Are you doing much as you can, Mr. President, or are there still some issues that you should have attended and should not have allowed?
   My case has been put before you emmissaries: US Ambassador Eric John, Sec. Hillary Clinton, Sen.Barbara Boxer,..Nancy Pelosi,..California Victims of Crime Commission...the FBI and the Immigration and ...none has taken any interest.
   So, please Mr Obama, do not ask me to take an interest in your Senate wrestling or you cholesterol indulgence. My problem will need to be fixed without you. Perhaps my son will develop as an American who

My current family, wife who is thai-burmese, and two children, girl-5, boy-1 are derivative victims as I cannot get them out of Thailand nor give them any future [they are biased against being american-burmese]. I cannot even protect them from Thailand whom insists that the
Children must obey Thai cultrue and learn Thai language in their pitiful schools.

I have contacted the US Embassy in Bangkok, the US State Department, President Bush, and even the King and the Prince of Thailand. No results in eight years.

The Senators of California where I lived for 20+ years have both ignored my pleas for 4-years now.
I find it amazing that US-based organizations AMCHAR can summon huge-amounts of assets and aid for tsunami victicms...all of whom will never recieve any of it; I am an American in distress I am ignored.

Child rights, woman abductors, and Thailand ABORTION

It is generally and incorrectly believed that Woman, the female gender, are inherently good mothers and/ or good to children. This is untrue for 'humans' and unture for every other living female species.

Much of the killing and predation by animals is done by the female. Without pulling up a detailed research study, I will record my own experiences [which some will just say is bad luck].

My own experience is :
     My first wife, love interest : Sylvia Robinson, of Roxbury, MA,USA aborted our child in Boston, MA.
without informing me; she thought I would love the child more than herself. The results of this 'I'll do it my way' eventually put me in the hospital with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder, and ulcerated gastritis.

     My second wife, Marilyn Mai-Lin Mar, of Honolulu, Hawaii, aborted our child in Cambridge, MA,USA as she didn't want to have to explain it to her conservative Chinese family or to have it get in the way of here career; so she made her own medical appointment and told me as she would explain after she returned in the afternoon.
    She also did not want her parents in Hawaii to know or be forced into marriage although she wanted the marriage and was one who proposed it to me. She also concealed that her addictive shopping habits and for 14-years covered all of her purchases by my savings account ...as the over-draft for her empty checking account.
    We split amiably our marriage [which knowing what I know now I would not have done] with her announcing: 'I am unhappy, I inherited $1-million, I got a promotion to $100K per year, I bought myself a condominium, and I have had a boyfriend in Chicago for the last 5 years.' The bouncing of her checks to pay for her 'designer clothes buying habits, costs me about $20,000+ per year without me knowing until after our divorce.
    My third 'wife' love interest: Mary Rokoski, Pautucket, RI, USA whom I met at Suffolk University, Boston, MA concealed being pregnant for 4 months then...on her own, injected herself with oxytocin that she got from her research laboratory to induce contractions,...when I returned home, she had already aborted the fetus and packed the child, ...a girl, ...into the freezer. This memory-feeling pains me still, that someone, a 'mother', would do this as she was protecting her on future. Killing a child does not protect its' future.
    You think one of the 'wives', mothers mentioned thus far acted morally? Ethically? As a parent?

     My forth wife, Kannika 'kassie' Seangnuan, Bangkok, a Thailand citizen, who looks Burmese-Lao, when she discovered her pregnancy, consulted with me and then consulted with her British, and Irish foreigner friends [she was a language teacher]. Each 'friend' told her that her life situation was not 'ready', stable, nor 'able' to support another child and that she had no time for the first child [ she had one girl-child already whom she had not time nor assets for; the girl was 'dumped' at her biological father's 'aunts' house located next to a dirty, stinky, river-klong in Thonburi; the girl, Jeannie was always covered with fungus infections. [Her biological father a TaeKwanDo teacher, abandoned Kannika due to an irregular personality and business habits and her 'fantasies' about being assaulted by ghosts or every man she met.]
     Each of her UK friends offered her assets to finance the abortion, which she accepted, but never spent toward an abortion.
    I told her the decision was only between her and me and my 'half' of the decision was no.
I preferred the child to live as all the previous 'mothers' I knew just killed them on their own and for their own
personal feeling or personal objectives.
    Kannika begged me to give her an abortion medicine; being a TCM doctor, I gave her a traditional medicine for woman with mental and hormonal imbalance that improves sleep that would not harm the fetus but would relax her into 'accepting' her pregnancy.
   Never-the-less, as a Mr. Nigel, a pedophile in my opinion, gave her money, 20K THB, she went to an abortion clinic off Sukhumvit-road, Bangkok, ...'without success' she claims. She says she attempted to go 'three times', and that each time she was "late", she went 'on the wrong day', or 'forgot'. Irregardless, ...she did keep the money given to her to buy books and video movies. When she told me of her multple 'failures'
to abort, I told her again, 'I do not want you to abort..kill this child' adjust to it.

    As some people now understand, some 'mothers' cannot be meaningful mothers as they have
too much mental 'garbage' from their past or that they have PPTSD: post-partum traumatic stress disorder.
    In the case of Ms. Kannika, she has both: abandoned by her biological mother who trussed her-up and placed her in a cubbord [the mother was Burmese, but is now a Kunying, titled lady of the Thai Royal Court], an honor given by the King of Thailand, ..and the PPS...clearly she had a history of menstrual disorders [2-4 menses each month] and increasing personality disorder: delusion and paranoia. She also does a reverse-mental 'judo' claiming that it was I who wanted the boy child, Conor, to die and that it was herself who preserved and protected his life from the 'evil foreigner father. [ The child was named Conor Bruce...resolute, intelligent, and strong]

     When she did ask me, directly, and I made the decision for her, no abortion, the child has rights and should live irregardless of the difficulties it brought on top of the problems Thailand had caused. The decision had to consider her life situation and mine, mine being a four-times over crime victim : immigrant exploitation, bank fraud, Thai/ US Police indifference, and US Government 'helplessness' due to diplomacy.

     Then, as now, I could not have foreseen that Kannika's history of mental, schizo-disorders would
become a grater, major problem leading to the abduction of Conor and of the daughter-in-law: Jeannie. [The daughter-in-law was abducted by 'force and threat' by a Buddapest Hungry friend
Zoltan Laszlo; daughter Jeannie was 'trussed up with a bath towel' and carried out of my room by Mr. Laszlo. [INTERPOL take note; psychologists noting deja veue take note.]

     Child kidnapping is 'acceptable' by Thai 'social and cultural' values. It is acceptable by Thai Human Rights Committee and by the Thai Ministry of Social Development and Welfare.
    Thailand claims it is 'part of their culture and social history' and that I, the father, victim 'should respect Thai culture and society. Perhaps they would also want me to give respect to Thai mosquitos or Thai snakes or corrupt Thai Police???

    Who will look after the 'rights' and 'welfare' of the abucted children, although being abducted, both of them cannot recieve USA Social Security Benefits for their lifetime.

Thailand has not signed off on all of the United Nations Accords for Children's Rights; but is happy to sit in the United Nations as a 'member'. Thailand is part of the gang of asian countries known as the ASEAN
eight of its members, including Japan and Thailand,...deny redress to victimized fathers of abducted children.
Each perfers to act in bias for their own people, thai wives, thai girlfriend and 'gift' them the child and assure them that they will be free of prosecution and that they are free to deny any and all access to the biological

Thailand's 'legal-system' and its' claimed underying ethics and morality, is at best a feigned facade. Thai's and Thailand claim that they are deeply concerned about the welfare and well-being of children. In fact, not true all basic childrens' rights.

Thailand, is not a signee of the United Nations Hague Convention. Thus, by usual senario: the distraught 'thai' wife abducts the children from the residence of the foreign husband denying them of their father also.

Within Thailand, and sometimes outside of Thailand,...with the assistance of Thai Embasies, they children are abducted and secreted back to Thailand. Under the Hague Convention, this is a social, ethical, and criminal action. Within Thailand, Thai Police will actively 'give-over' children to the wife, the thai-party without Thai Court judication, without consideration that the thai wife has a history of mental imbalance and abuse, and without any consideration that such a decision should not be bad by Thai Police.Thai Police will actively refuse to take a report against the abducting Thai wife ['thai's don't hurt thai's], will not listen to the children's request that they do not wish to stay with 'mummy' but want to stay with 'pa'. [thai police do not listen to children's requests, even when injuries and scars can be shown].

The childrens rights are thus denied, the rights as humans are denied, and their well-being and education diminished.

Foriegn Embassy's, ie. US Embassy, can claim the virtue of 'forgetting'. 'Thailand is a soviergn nation' and the Embassy cannot interfer. This is like the silent guest witnesses the family level carniage but will not voice for the child's just rights less the Embassy not be part of the societies smiling veneer civility. Occasionally, the Embassy will also assist in the child's loss of rights, even though he or she may also be registered as US Citizens, by not even attempting a minimal request for intervention in the interests of the child; the Embassy may also become an accomplise by listening to the Thai Police and believing that 'fahrang make trouble and are bad....not like us thai's'

As the US Embassy wants to remain the fauning, non-interfering guest, it will not in anyway suggest or aid in a saving 'reabduction' even if it is clearly an act of justice in the child's best interests.[not the same as the foreign Thai Embassies that will assist thai's with abductions.]
As for progress through the Thai Courts as a civil matter, most people have neither the time nor assets for this; there are also cases where the foreigner besides having his children abducted he has also had all of thisassets stolen; how then can a crime-victim proceed to judication?
As for progress through the Mental Health departments of Thailand? Thailand has very little resources for all of the existing Thai mental-health problems and absolutely will not even consider that a distraught thai-wifeis a social, mental, and legal problem to thechildrens well-being.

And as for progresss on the basic thai social level? I have b een told by Thai's, 'if there is a problem between you and your wife, I will take the children to replace all the children I had aborted ...this will give me lucky.'

Lack of laws and social mores is no excuse for damaging a childs' rights and his future.

Dear President (Senator) Obama:

I am the father and US Citizen of my son Conor-Bruce, born in Thailand 25 APR 2004; a registered US Citizen, he was abducted by force 7 Aug 2007 and denied his Citizen Rights by US Embassy and US Ambassador Eric John.

I am denied Thai police, Thai court, Thai Human Rights Commission assistance and intervention; denied aid and intervention or reply by US Embassy Bangkok and by GW Bush appointed republican Ambassador Mr.Eric John.

I am an economic crime victim: theft of assets by Thai Kasikorn Bank and Thai police and theft of bank accounts and retirement accounts by Thai citizen Orlan-Malisa Khamphungton [now in USA] who was mistakenly sponsored as an alien resident. The United Nations have not taken action. The US government has never taken any action to assist, to enquire, nor to protect; nor to indict: their advice is to assume a loan-debt for repatriation and go home.'

At age 61, I have neither home and with the acts mentioned, no country nor citizenship. Why should I desire to return to a country that has not aided me and has only exploited me for taxes which are not used to assist me or family?

I and family are without citizen rights. Now marooned 8 years. I would gladly be a refugee to gain some measure of assistance and hope and respect; I have none for USA. US Rep. Thai society permeates throughout Kasikorn Bank through its' employees, they represent Thainess; It is on this issue that I am offering this letter. Kasikorn Bank representatives will neither admit to errors, collusion, and even criminal acts.

I shared a bank account, contracted as 'either' Party having '100%' access whenever they choose. The Manger of Siam Square at the time [March 2000] agreed. A prior letter from the KTB Legal department also stated this.

The Assistant Manager did not, denied access, and did all actions to deny and delay; this 'pattern policy' was continued and furthered by a new Manager who refused to converse in English, refused to decide, refused to issue statement or documents as to status for delay and denial. The Assistant Manager and New Manager both claimed that the account was contracted as 'AND' both are required to access [not OR-EITHER as was contracted] The Assistant Manager and new Manager also claimed that the Bank Passbook took p residence over the contract and as the Passbook only had
one, not two, name signature tapes, [this was done intentionally by the Asst.Mgr] to favor and enhance ownership of Thai party' [this deny access and exclusion of myself, the foreigner owner present].

This Manager and Assistant tossed the problem to the KasikornBank Directors...of which you are one, family members are others, and also Pol.Gen. Pow Sarasin [whose status puts off legal action]. The Board replied after two months delay, 'litigate us'.

Discussion of this with two Thai judges and five legal counsels, and a legal counsel specialist-teacher, all came to the decision that the Assistant manager with collusion and avoidance of the new manager sought via personal bias and
bank-management protectionism ...to decide...not to decide to avoid responsibility, however these non-action is a mis governance and to the betterment of only the exploiting Thai party; a collusion, malfeasance of fraud.

Litigation would be possible, if I was not already a economic crime victim of Kasikorn Bank and again criminally exploited by a Thai Police family that conspired to 'befriend' me. Thai legal system does not assist foreigners without assets who seek to recover assets denied them. The US Embassy Bangkok under the concept of 'sovereignty' will not intervene nor will it condemn what has happened nor to the extent of furthering victimization that has occurred.

As I am now considered 'elder' at age 60 years, it is unlikely that I will prevail nor recover my life and the assets necessary to provide for my family. The continual problems due to this has damaged my family unity and economically in the position of abandonment.

My family consists of girl Jeannie, who I have protected for most of her life [her biological Thai father, abused and beat her such that her hearing is impaired, abandoned his relation with the Thai mother, and his family, Sen.Sannan is indifferent to her future]; my son, Conor-Bruce is a registered American citizen, but will never be able to escape the poverty this victimization has caused.

The stresses of continually asking the subsequent management of Kasikorn Siam Square if denied assets access, would Kasikorn Bank at least assist me with the required documents for a marriage visa petition to Thai Immigration?

The Manager, would never meet, nor talk with me, only the Assistant Manager, who offered a 'fake' bankbook.

About one month after this offer, which I rejected, the accounts other partner, the Thai party,[Malisa Khamphungton] came to Bangkok [this person I had sponsored for US Residency, and attempted to exploit and defraud me]; the same Assistant Manager at Siam Square gave over all of the accounts assets [the Bank had 'locked' the account on their own decision without any Judicial Court Order] to him, ...and then called me the next day to visit the Bank to be told that the account was now empty and in possession of the Thai party. I have taken no direct legal action against her for her stupidity and compulsions to protect Kasikorn and to 'help' the Thai party...a very Thai thing to do.

Due to the lack of moral responsibility within the Bank and the society, I have had to petition HM King Bhumibol for intervention of this wrong. I have also petitioned to the Thai Human Rights Commission and HRH Princess Maha Chakri..who has an interest
in Human Rights Abuses.

Myself and my family, and especially my children will never escape the debtors prison that Kasikorn Bank's actions have imposed, my children will never have a quality education nor a quality life and will be drowned in the social-quicksand of Thainess, obedience, and protectionism.

I have many times offered to the Bank private options to redress the injury and furtherance of victimization as it seems a full public knowledge of events will not benefit the Banks' image, the facts speak the truth; the damage cannot be erased by time or legal statutes of time-limits.

I have tried for years to settle this injustice quietly and privately...to let the
Bank and its worker retain their vanity; but the injury is deep and will be lifelong
unless addressed.

The causative source of this history was to mistakenly sponsor a Thai for USA residency who defrauded me out of both my USA and the Thai bank accounts; [ Oran Malisa Khamphungton ] this was worsened by Kasikorn Thai Bank collusion and by Thai Royal Metro Police [Pratumwan] indifference and to make a Police report available.

The unethical nature of the Kasikorn Thai Bank in its practices regarding accounts and resolutions is unassailable in Thailand due to Thai lawyers fears and Thai judicial favoritism. The Thai Rights Commission is without powers to act.

The US Embassy does not protect nor aid US Citizen Crime Victims and their Family; nor aid in their survival nor extract them from further harm, victimization; it allows family disunity. This becomes a civil and criminal case against US State Dept. and does involve malfeasance of US Congress in permitting Thai Sovereignty issues to prevail over Rights issues.

The pressures of unresponsiveness or irresponsibility of Thai authorities, and..survival pressures, resulted in the emotional imbalance of my Thai wife Kannika Sangnuan and family dissolution by a forced abduction. I have a son, Conor-Bruce, born 25 April 2004, the same day as your grandson. I am also caregiver and father to Jeannie-Tonakan, born 13 January, her grandfather is Maj Gen Sanan Kachornprasart, abandoned biological father 'Toni' Sugosi; neither have helped her. Children's abduction was 'permitted' by Klongton District Police who do not consider it illegal nor immoral, nor that the mother has a history of personality problems.[Kannika was abused and abandoned as a child, ... her mother, a Burmese, has been entitled as a 'kungying' in Yasothorn Province.]

The multiple damages done by the Thailand-side, although informed of incident damages and possible actions to assist, results in a combined collusion, which a USA Court would call a conspiracy of convenience, a crime.

For me, the assets and experience of a lifetime, bank and retirement accounts, investments, have been exploited.
I am unlikely to be 'rescued' and my children likely to be absorbed into Thailand. A crime against a citizen and his children denied Rights and Relief from exploitation is... a moral, civil, and criminal crime against all Citizens and Children of the World. I am also unlikely to be able to remain in Thailand to aid my lost family nor to correct the wrongs done.

I very, very much need the Royal intervention of Your Highnesses to bring moral justice and closure to this case.

I am a US Citizen, and long-time domicilled resident of San Francisco 25+ years.

I am now an 'elder' crime victim: victimized via sponsorship of a thai TS to america for US Residency. I was defrauded out of my life-savings, bank-accounts, and non-SFPD
action.

I am now in Bangkok Thailand, destituted, ignored, abandoned: I came to reclaim assets hidden in the Thai Kasikorn Bank, and through collusion and evasion, these assets were heldup for four years and then given over to the thai I sponsored [one day before I was informed'

I have requested City Attorneys and SFPD, to intervene, ...no action. I have requested CA Sen. Feinstein, and CA Rep Pelosi to intervene, on either the USA or the diplomatic side; each was lied to by the US Dept State and US Embassy Bangkok.

The Embassy's policy is not to repatriate crime victims nor to suggest to host country [THAILAND] that 'they' are responsible for the damages.

I am now age 61, a professional in information systems and traditional medicine.

Do you need another homeless man on your streets who was 'mugged' through aiding
an alien into USA? [this person continues to live freely in SF: 908 Post Street, as
prostitute Malisa Khamphungton, yes SFPD, VICE and FBI have been informed.]

I was first a guest in Thailand, in 1989, planning a future retirement location with my then Chinese wife.

I was sympathetic to Mr. Malisa and sponsored a US residency in 1994, a dream for many Thais'. This trust led to a bank account with Thai Kasikorn Bank... contracted as for either + equally owned; this proved a deception by Mr. Malisa and by the Bank's Management as they collusive withheld all assets for Mr. Malisa without any Court Order.

The Thai Metro Police and Courts will NOT take action against this Bank. The Thai Embassy will protect Malisa.

I was previously invited to stay at the Thai home of a retired Police Captain, his robbed me also. [Krajong]

At this time in my life, I should have a future built from a lifetime of labors, to offer my wisdom and experience, not to have all my labors stolen. I cannot now provide for my family and will never be given a chance in Thailand to do so.
Thai Metro Police and Immigration Police have told me that although I am a victim of theft, ...as an American,... I should just 'open another Thai bank account', as Americans are all rich.

During this adversity, I married a Thai woman, Kannika Seangnuan, who had a daughter Jeannie (7) [whose Thai father abandoned at birth, ..the grandson of Thai Maj.Gen. Sannan Kachornprasart of the Mahachon Party]
I am the only caregiver father she has known, Thailand will not recognize me as a father. In America even without assets, I would be named her father as I have provided for all of her needs and protected her and educated her.

I also have a son Conor Bruce (3) [born 25 Apr 2004]. Whom I do not wish to inherit Thailand as a life of problems nor to be further victimized by these events.

The continuous stress of Thai non-assistance combined with the U.S. Embassy Bangkok denying me aid for survival or for repatriations, has damaged my families unity, with my Thai wife Kannika, and our children. I am now denied visiting my children, as I am considered 'bad luck'. I cannot resolve this by the Thai Family Court as I have no assets and they
will not fairly judicate in my favor; I have been informed of this by two Thai judges already.

Thai Police are indifferent and the US Embassy will not intervene. Thailand can act criminally, but cannot be called a criminal. Thailand has not signed the U.N. Hague Convention on Human and Child Rights; Thai sovereignty is more important than a Child's Rights or a Victims Rights. I am most unwelcome in Thailand, I am a crime victim, abandoned, ignored, abused, and denied basic Human Rights'.

I have petitioned to the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to the Thai Human Rights Office; no bonefide assistance has been offered.

It is clear that the US Embassy and its' ambassador either do not understand or do not want this problem.

I am a crime victim, a victim of fraud and theft of life-assets and retirement assets via:
1. sponsorship of a thai, who INS-ICE has now made a US Citizen and is not prosicuting. Malisa Khamphungton
2. delay and fraud by thai police who would not arrest Mr. Khamphungton when physically present while further
defrauding me of bank assets in Kasikorn bank
3. evasion, delay, and fraud by Kasikorn bank, bias
4. delay, evasion, and citizen rights denial by US Embassy Bangkok.
5. not aiding nor protecting me as a crime victim from further injury and entanglement from thai police and
thai immigration [who do have my reports and petitions

6. US Embassy Citizen Services falsifying that they were concerned and that ASC had offered assistance, this
is false.
Visabkk or ACS letters clearly show no concern and do no more than refer me to FAQ websites which are
not for my problem.

I am aware that current Ambassador Ralph Boyce does have within his power to assist and the waiver any impediment, requirements or conditions to move toward my removal from thailand [the causitive crime agent]
and to do this as a family unit; my son is already a embassy registered citizen, my 'daughter' is adoptable under US law, and my wife Kannika Seangnuan is obviously Burmese and is daily insulted and biased against for being so. The Embassy bangkok seems to be easily able to put on a show of repatriating Karen, Hymong, and other unwanted 'guests' of host country thailand, but the Embassy and its Ambassador seem unmoved by assisting me, a crime victim.

As stated before, I can not give up on this as I do carry my responsibilities as father and caregiver. The Embassy
State Dept. clearly does not give a wit about US citizen rights.

At one time, in my history, I now find it surprising to remember, that I actually volunteered to fight FOR
America in Vietnam; I will never fight for nor defend America, nor forgive American Government for denying my request for assistance.

and medical consultant.....who has found that Thailand is
partnered with and and protected by the US Dept. State
...US Embassy Bangkok...US Ambassador
..whom AMCHAM has made their symbolic Govenor.

As there has been serious business fault:
breech of contract [Thai Kasikorn Bank], serious criminality [theft of assets by Thai Metro Police] and serious denial of US Citizen Rights and US Childrens
Rights by the US Embassy, and perjury by the US Embassy when investigated by US Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

The causitive source of this history was due to my mistakenly sponsoring a thai for US residency who defrauded me out of both my USA and the Thai bank accounts.

The damages done to me by the Thailand-side with the informed knowledge,
with denial of incident damages and possible actions to assist by the US Embassy,
result in a combined colusion which in any USA Court would be a conspiracy of convenience.

I and my family have found also that the US Embassy does NOT repatriate destituted US Citizen crime victims con gratis, this in itself endebts a victim already in
debt. and denies and abandons citizen children to a land of no opportunity.
The US Ambassador Mr.Eric John has in fact no answered my mail letter query as to
why myself and my family are denied aid or protection; we are not even provided with
an answer; prevous US Ambassador Skip Ralph Boyce also denied this request.

The unethical nature of the Thai Kasikorn Bank in its practices regarding accounts and resolutions is unassailable due to lawyers fears, judical favortism,
and that the Bank has Pol.Gen. Pow Sarasin as a board member.

Again, I am curious about AMCHAM as to the depth of the american ethics and if there is any interest in resolving such cases. I have already found that the
US Embassy and the Thailand Democratic Party, who will be sending 'representatives'
to the upcoming presidential election, have no interest in protecting americans either, but still blanket themselves with guise of being american democrates.

I have read, agreed, and come to trust your writings and the ethics toward justice.

I am an US Citizen, now nearing the status of elder, 61,I was a Vietnam-war volunteer;
an act I regret as it only served american government interests.

I am a crime victim, of crimes within San Francisco, andwithin Bangkok: defrauded of life assets by a Thai I sponsored for US Residency, defrauded by Thai KasikornBank, robbed by Thai Police, and denied any assistanceor intervention or protection by Thai 'authorities' ..lawyers and judges, or repatriation by the US Embassy Bangkok.
I have learned by experience 'corruption' goes deeperthan most people ever experience and 'thainess' equatesto biased unfairness which america's government has long practiced with a similarity.

As this victimization has been ongoing now for almost eight years.....march 2000 to present.....and progressive and has also resulted in the disunity ofmy 'thai' family; both Thai and American government'authorities' are indifferent to the Rights damages tome or to my Childrens' Rights.

As a victim of both Thai and American sovereigntypolicies... to deny event wrongdoing... neither will incriminate the other.
Due to this I have had to turn to King Bhumibol,....5 petition letters, to the Crown Prince...2 petition letters, and to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights; both the thailands' royalty and the UN act as moral standards....which usually are ignored by those without a moral standard where there heart should be.

The ACS-Embassy attitude is 'as I came to Thailand, I did it to myself' and 'as I have managed to survive, I do not need aid' or as 'thailand is sovereign, ...the Embassy cannot comment on Thai doings'. 'your wife can kidnap the children' as Thailand is not a Signee of the UN Hague Accord on Childrens Rights. Thus all of the claims that Thailand is for human or childrens rights...are hollow when the damage is done.

American diplomacy and Thai authority silence equatesto immoral collusion and victimization; each evades accountability under the guise of 'sovereignty'.

There is a very dank, dirty, underside of Thai government and the US Embassy's relation with the military shadow governments of Thailand. This has continued with 'war' games...in which Thailand is no more than a test 'target'; Thai generals believe that America does these games toteach or to test the thai army, not true as america doeshave strategic strike planning against every country andthailand is assessed as surviving no more than 48 hoursin a real war.

As a crime victim, robbed of all assets, I cannot followthe Embassy's advice of hire a lawyer. I have approached 10 thai lawyers and consulted with 2 thaijudges, and talked with 2 thai police generals....the answers are 'thai's do not help fahlang to hurt or win against thai's' ...much the same attitude as the US Embassy's Ambassador.

Thai Kasikorn Bank is protected by Thai Gen. Pow Sarasin, his son is a captain in thai drug suppression...thai lawyers and thai police are affraid to place this crime to the Bank.

Thus crimes happen, no one will face-down the wrongdoers. US State Dept. is silent, FBI, INS, take no action.My life remains damaged with no evident escape in acountry that cannot believe that an american can be damaged financially, believes that remaining in Thailandso long I must have done something wrong in america..and being defrauded of a lifetimes assets...I am leftvulnerable to Thai Immigration which has no policy waiver for non-solvent crime victims ...and the US Embassy has a policy of NOT protecting defraudedUS Citizens from falling into a debtors prison.

Before 1992, I worked for NASA, hubbell telescope opics,I was a physicist from Boston. I also designed part of the TRW Information system for banksand the US Post Office; later studied medicine;this all now, and here means nothing and is not wanted.

Thai's themselves do not understand why all americansare not rich, why they cannot grow a life in thailand,and why...there own 'american' government denies themdue to this, thai[ness] attitude is 'you must have done something wrong, so thailand is not lucky for you'

On any day of the week, I can go to the Queens Park next to the Emporium and see between 5-10 foreignerssitting and pondering their lives, all of them are crimevictims, half were damaged by business relations with thais and most were damaged by personal relations,most also have thai children they support even as their'wives-mothers' have abandoned the children. Is this thainess or a corruption?

In the years I have sat in the Queens' Park I have witnessed three childrens' deaths,a drowning [the thai mother would not jump into thewater] and a suicide leap from the Emporium ParkingGarage. I have witnessed Thai chldren 'drop-kicking'captured pigeons into the lake...killing the birds...but feeding the turtles.

I have given my story to Thais, who usually then requestthat I not tell them more as it shatters their 'sanook'the make believe world of self/ society delusion.

I find that the status of being an american is worthless,that my pride of being an american is worthless; an american cannot even depend on another american; an american cannot get the american-government to listen, to assist,and....the US government and Embassy is too interestedin tossing taxpayer assets to anyone but an american.And Thailand is happy to catch what they can a still appear innocent.
That is my position and my status, all made by americangovernment and american embassy; all furthered bythai government 'authorities'

I am a US Citizen, born in America, born in Boston,now age 60. I agree with what you have done to protect America.
However, you claim America respects foreign sovernty,but is it correct to insert troops into Iraq, to chastiseBurma, ....and then you do nothing about what Thailandis doing to american citizens and....especially what theyhave done to me and my family.

No protection of alien elder crime victims in Thailand

Thailand seeks the money of alien retirees and affluent aliens seeking medical services, but....
Thailand does nothing to warn, nor protect, nor compensate, nor prosecute wrongs; it does everything
to protect malfeasance of Thai Police and malpractice of Thai physicians.

In California, a special section of Police and prosecuting Attorneys links to assistance and inform the elder (60+) regarding criminal economic fraud/ theft of elder; Thailand has no such protection to alien residents, retirees, or guests by Thai citizens; this happens far too often and as the number of elder alien retirees / guests in Thailand increases special laws and concerned police are needed; thus far there has been no attempt to protect alien victims and no admission there is a problem. The foreign Embassys, ie US American Embassy, does nothing to proactively warn US citizens of problems awaiting and that the Embassy will not assist if such a problem, economic or medical occurs [the US Embassy plays silent guest in gratitude to their Thai host].

In other countries and places such as California, there is a double penalty for defrauding an elderly person as they are not at an age where they can economically recover from the loss.

In Thailand, there is extra protection of both police and physicians; there is also cases of where it may be life threatening to accuse either of wrong-doing.

to finance Thai army at $20 million per year, money for 'saving dogs and wildlife' at the local Thai

The training to the Thai Drug ' Supression' police was paid for by US tax money and the training for this death squad was supplied through US DEA, Drug Enforcement Agency. The secret bowels of the American government are clearly out in the open in Thailand. Ex pates living in Thailand do not understand the personnel switches either: Thai tourist police, become Thai drug police, and when the heat is on [or the shooting has stopped] Thai drug police become Thai immigration police. It's all normal if you view it that way.

Pity that the Thai's of them as an allay; pity America thinks the money gains anything from the anti-democratic, anti-American Thai military, that although a United Nations member, will not sign the Human Rights Accords.

Pity that the US Ambassador does not help American citizens and their families after they are robbed and victimized by Thai police and Thai businesses. The Ambassadors hand can offer

The Bangkok Embassy has been repeatedly asked to assist in my being defrauded by Thai Kasikorn Bank, by Thai Police [both thai-domain problems] and by Thai citizen Malisa Khamphungton [fraud in Thailand and in USA].
The Bangkok Embassy is well-aware that I have been destituted by this losing all assets and property.

ACS Chief Ted Coley has consistently acted to deny assistance and has said that becuase I have managed to 'survive so long' I am not elligible for repatriation aid. [that is a direct quote]

I had previously requested that DemChair Nancy Pelosi to investigate why I have not been assisted norprotected by the ACS, and that Mr. Coley falsified a report the Rep Pelosi that 'I wanted to stay in thailand and had not asked the Embassy for assistance'. [I remain because of my family and because neither I nor the family group can leave]

I have citizen children who also do not want a life of destitution in Thailand who are ignored at birth by the Embassy. I have also requested that Bangkok Ambassador Boyce issue a waiver to expedite family removal from this locale.
Skip Boyce is busy socializing with the new military Junta.

Due to the stress, I have been twice hospitalized and due to the stress on my thai-burmese wife not being aided at all by the Embassy is contributing the the family breakup. She thinks that just being an american that america should help its own. [it does not]

My needs are fully documented, and I have found thatthe US State Dept and the INS-DHS in Bangkok disinterested, adenial of my Citizen Rights and the Rights of my children and has done so for over 7 years now. I find it amazing that the Dept of State can resettle Shan, Lao, and Hmong refugees to America, and that the ACS denys aid and that Dept State and DHS-INS deny that damage has been done or that it is their problem. America can give $20 million USD to Thailand 'so they can protect themselves' and that the Ambassador Boyce can pay $50,000 for the paint to
beautify a village temples walls; but aid a US Citizen??

Do Americans help Americans who have been defrauded and further defrauded again by their own government?
Do elder Americans trapped in a military junta anti-american country have a chance of survival? Due also to the injustices and bias of the 'new' thai government immigration policy which forces 'poor' foreigners like me out even if they have children and family depends. the embassy does not care about this either. The Embassy is very good at playing the political game of docile guest.

I was first a guest in Thailand, in 1989, planning a future retirement location with my then Chinese wife.
I was sympathetic to Mr. Malisa and sponsored a US residency in 1994, a dream for many Thais'. This trust led to a bank account with the Thai Bank... contracted as for either + equally owned; this proved a deception by Mr. Malisa and by the Bank's Management as they collusively withheld all assets for Mr. Malisa without any Court Order.

I was previously invited to stay at the thai home of a retired Police Captain, his robbed me also.

Thai Metro Police and Immigration Police have told me that although I am a victim of theft, ...as an American,... I should just 'open another thai bank account', ...as 'americans are all rich'.

The continuous stress of Thai non-assistence combined with the U.S. Embassy Bangkok denying me aid for survival or for repatration, has damaged my families unity, with my thai wife, and our children. I am now denied visiting my children, as I am considered 'bad luck'. I cannot resolve this by the Thai Family Court as I have no assets and they
will not fairly judicate in my favor; I have been informed of this by two thai judges already, and informed by many foreigners who have sought child custody and childs' rights, and every one of them lost.

Thai Police are indifferent and the US Embassy will not intervene. Thailand can act criminally, but cannot be called a criminal. Thailand has not signed the U.N. Hague Convention on Human and Child Rights; Thai soverignty is more important than a Childs Rights or a Victims Rights. I am most unwelcome in Thailand, I am a crime victim,
abandoned, ignored, abused, and denied basic Human Rights'.

I have been legally living within the kingdom for years.
I am legally marriedto Lao-Isan-Burmese woman: Kannika 'kassie' Seangnuan.

I have been the caregiver and fatherly for 5years to her daughter 'jeannie' [whom her biological thai father abandoned at birth]

There is also a son, biologically mine, Conor, now age 3years, a registered american citizen.

My thai wife has a history of mental and emotional imbalance,
which has resulted in the destruction of property, room furniture, and 5-times eviction. She has hormonal-related anger-addiction, and is often severely depressed and hypoglycaemic.
She has refused to accept that she is mentally ill and to see a doctor or go to a hospital. [she believes that doctors will only poison her] She has threatened suicide, cut me with a knife, thrown objects at me and at the children. Each time this happens, I have asked and sometimes ordered her to go outside as she is endangering the well-being of the children [who usually cry and scream while she is angry]. I have never 'beaten' her as she often claims, she has often directly assaulted me and she has 'beaten' the children.

The manager of the hotel where we stay is also aware that she is unstable and has twice asked her to leave as she is a disturbance.

The childrens safety and well-being ismy concern. However, on saturday, 28 April 2007, she slapped my son conor without reason. I told Jeannie to take Conor out of the room, for their safety. She ran out of the after them, picked up Conor and went away in a Taxi.

Although she is the biological mother, in her mental state, and history of mental problems,this is an abduction and child endangerment.
The daughter Jeannie remained with me that night and through the next day [this has happened often before].

However, about 8:30 PM, Sunday evening, she returned and demanded to take Jeannie and said that she would keep son Conor and that I would never see him again. [she claims that they would be a an uncles home, which I am unable to verify].

She followed me to the nearby Big-C on Ekamai, and then summoned Klongtan Police.
[I had already asked the manager of Big-C to call the Police regarding her, but the manager would not]

Jeannie and I went with the Police by Taxi.

The Police at KlongTan, never Identified themselves, wrote no documents, or report and spoke no English [this is malfeseance during a crisis situation]
The duty officer was polite, however he continually tried to pressure Jeannie to return to her mother, which she did not trust, feared, and did not want to do. The duty officer told my wife that the stay of the children was temporary.

Although it was clear that her actions of were emotionally and mentally disturbed, the duty officer did not consider sending her to the hospital and did not consider the endangerment to the childrens safety.

I have contacted the American Citizens Services at the US Embassy Bangkok, they not disturbed at the lack of protection for the children and the placing of them with a mentally disturbed mother. The Embassy contacted the police at Klongtan, the police reported that I was the cause of the disturbance and that I had been beating the wife. This is factually not true as I have the knife scars on my arm from her.
On the evening in the Klongtan Police Station, I had a Thai Friend mobile telephone and taught with the Police, this was translated to me as, 'nothing to worry about, the Thai Police said they do not believe a single word Kassie is saying and that she
has caused this problem.'

[I latter discovered that the Embassy Duty Officer, never talked to Thai Police himself, but gaver the task to a thai woman woriking at the Embassy, and it was this woman who reported 'the police said the fahlang [foreigner] was the problem'.

In February 2007, in a similar uncontrollable rage, and I requested that she and thet wo children go to the police station at Klongtan. The duty officer then tried to quiet and calm her and said that they would not take any action. She did at that time make a report saying that she was 'fearful' of me.
[under thai law, this can be worse than a direct assault].

She has no reason to be, although she is psychologically paranoid and worrisome,
she was previously a Tae-Kwan-Do Teacher, so what should she be afraid of.
[her first boyfriend-husband-father of Jeannie, was a well-known Tae-Kwan-Do Teacher] Also, at that time, daughter Jeannie asked if she could file a report against her mother, to protect brother conor and herself. The duty officer at Klongtan said there was 'no need to do that' As he could see that she was lieing.

I also had a thai friend, telephone and talk to the police as I cannot, my thai friend has often observed her as emotionaly enraged and slap the children or tie them together;he was told by the police that they did not believe anything that she was saying about her situation.

Klong Tan Thai Police are misacting, malfesant in no protecting the children from her, and biased for siding with her and falsely reporting to the US Embassy that I was the cause. Too often local police ignore family problems and too often side with the thai who can also be the cause and be an abusive victimizer of children. The matter has been referred to the US Embassy for investigation.

You and your husband have done much to protect California and America.
Both of you understand that there is a time to fight and a time for help.

The State Dept. claims it respects foreign sovereignty, the US must insert troops into Iraq, Kosovo, Haiti, and chastise China and Burma, on indifference to Human Rights, social denial of basic freedom, and rights for children.
The Dept. State does nothing about what Thailand has done to American citizens such as me and my families' plight in a deteriorating, undemocratic dictatorship.

I am a US Citizen, now age 60, I have been living inthe Kingdom for over 5 years; I am a healthcare provider.

I have a thai wife-burmese, ====== now age 30,.....who has a 4 year history of rage addiction, dependency, and bipolar mood swings, usually about every 3 days; she menstruates about 2-3 times each month; and has opposite reactions to medications [prozac results in rage]. She is unable each time to admit responsibility or fault for her rage reactionsand usually transfers them.

Because of her mental temperament, we have been asked to leave 4 residences as she starts fights, breaking doors, and throws objects, at the walls, and also at me and the children. She is often not-attentive of the children, in result they were burned with hot water and my son has 3 of his front teeth damaged [she trys to claim that she did not do it,..... 'the baby sitter did it']

There are 2 children that I am most concerned about,for their mental wellbeing, their development, and for their safety. ....There is a girl, age 7, 'jeannie', whose biological father abandoned her at birth [he is the grandson of Sen. Sannan] I have been her caregiver and provider for the last 5 years. ....There is a boy, age 3, conor, who is biologically from me and he is registered with the US Embassy Bangkok. [the Embassy will not assist me]

On over 10 occasions, she has either exited 'run away' for periods of 2 days to 1 week; on other times she has taken the children, usually in a fit of rage.

While in a rage kannika has thrown shoes and books atj eannie, and thrown a room-fan and a knife at me while I was holding and protecting conor. She has said that she wants to kill herself and would like to see me dead.
On two occasions, I took her to the KlongTan Police Station to have them sort out the conflict; each time the Thai Police will do nothing, and each time thePolice have said there is 'nothing wrong with the mother taking away the children as she is the mother' The Thai Police do not consider that she is emotionally unstable, that the children are unsafe with her, and that daughter jeannie does not want to stay with nor go with her mother. I have had thai friends telephone to the Police to get them to understand, and each time they saythat I am not the problem. [she has filed a Police report to say she is 'fearful'; she has nothing to fear,but she does cause conflicts]

On August 5, 2007, she took my son conor, ...as she was screaming 'help, help' in thai...I let her take him as this made her more quiet; at age 3 conor only understands that mummy is going out. Daughter jeannie told her, she did not want to go with her and wanted to stay with me. [she works as a translator a very often takes the children out after 11pm until 6am] She has said that 'the children belong to her' and also 'the children are not yours and you are not the father, thomas [zoltan laszlo] is the father' [this is fanatasy]

On August 10, 2007, she returned at 11pm with avery large man to threaten and coerce me not to do anything, while kannika wrapped a towel around jeannieto bind her and to prevent her from trying to struggle free [she has also previously tied both children togetherwith rope]. The man is from Budapest Hungary Zoltan Laszlo and calls himself big 'thomas' [He has been in/out of Thailand for years looking to make a marriage scam to stay; this has been emailed reported to Thai police, who have done nothing]

When I told them that it is illegal ...an international crime to take the children by forceable abduction.... and that toresolve it I would telephone to Thai Police, they both ran away with jeannie who could not break herself away.
It is my understanding that She is likely staying in a house belonging to her uncles [they also have a history of abuse to her, her mother also deserted her when she was a child and also would bind her]....

Also, it is not appropriate for her to be staying thereas one of her uncles is apparently HIV+ and is sufferingAIDS related illnesses. [he could infect the children and they could infect him]

As this is a conflict with the wife, and as she has abducted and seized both children, I amfearful about their safety and well-being. I have already informed the US Embassy and US Dept. State as this is a recognised crime,
Thailand however does not and has not signed the UN Hague Accord for Human (childrens) Rights.

She has said often previously that she wants divorce [and each time she changes her mind, returns, and wants what is good for the children] and each time her rage becomes worse. I have told her to go to a medical clinic or hospital to stabilize her menstruation and to get some mental advice. [again she claims her mental problems have been 'given' to her].

Thus, I have presented to you my family problem and that of the children. I have previously called to 24hr emergency and to mental health services, but each time I was put on hold and not helped [my thai language skills are only basic].

I have found that the thai Police are not concerned [daughter jeannie previously wanted to make a report against her mother, but the KlongTan Police would not take it].

I would like see this resolved as a medical and social problem rather than a prolonged Court dispute that damages the childrens lives. My wife is acting out a life-pattern that she has had from childhood.

Can you assist with this?

Child Kidnapping not a crime in Thailand

GENERAL INFORMATION: Parental Kidnapping is not a crime in Thailand and Thai authorities will not issue a warrant or become involved should one parent take a child without the other parent's authorization.

The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction cannot be invoked if a child is taken from the United States to Thailand, or vice versa, by one parent against the wishes of the other parent or in violation of a U.S. custody order.

CHILD CUSTODY: Under Thai law, the question of child custody is addressed in Book Five of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code under the general headings Termination of Marriage and Rights and Duties of Parent and Child. The relevant portions of the law follow in full:
Section 1520. In case of divorce by mutual consent, the agreement for the exercise of parental power over each of the children shall be made in writing. In the absence of such agreement or (if) an agreement thereon cannot be reached, the matter shall be decided by the court. In case of divorce by judgment of the court, the parental power belongs to the party in whose favor the judgment is given, unless it is decided by the court that the parental power shall belong to the other party, or that a third person shall be the guardian.
Section 1521. If it appears that the guardian as provided in Section 1520 behaves himself or herself improperly or there is a change of circumstances after the appointment, the court has the power, after taking into consideration the happiness and interest of the child, to give an order appointing a new guardian.
Although the parental power belongs to one party, the other has the right to continue such personal relation with the child as may be reasonable according to the circumstances.
Section 1522. In the case of divorce by mutual consent, an arrangement shall be made and contained in the agreement of divorce as to who, both of the spouses or either spouse, will contribute to the maintenance of the children and how much is the contribution. In case of divorce by judgment of the court or in case the agreement of divorce contains no provisions concerning the maintenance of the children, the court shall determine it.
Section 1566. A child is subject to parental power as long as he is not sui juris. The parental power is exercised by the father or the mother in any of
the following cases:
(1) The father or mother is dead;(2) It is uncertain whether the father or the mother is living or dead;
(3) The father or the mother has been adjudged incompetent or quasi-incompetent;(4) The father or the mother is placed in a hospital by reason of mental infirmity;
(5) The parental power has been granted to the father or the mother by an order of the court. The parental power is exercised by the mother, when the child was born out of wedlock and has not yet been legitimated by the father according to Section 1547.
Section 1567. A person exercising parental power has the right:
(1) to determine the child's place of residence(2) to punish the child in a reasonable manner for disciplinary purposes;(3) to require the child to do such work as may be reasonable to his ability and condition in life,(4) to demand the return of the child from any person who unlawfully detains him.
As shown above, the question of child custody under Thai law is addressed mainly in the context of termination of marriage. It is therefore difficult to speculate about what kind of stance the Thai courts would take toward a custody decision made in the absence of the termination of a marriage, e.g., in the event of a legal separation. As a matter of law, foreigners are treated on an equal basis with Thai citizens in matters relating to child custody. Thai law makes no distinction between the rights of the father and mother on issues of child custody.
ENFORCEMENT OF FOREIGN ORDERS: Foreign orders (including U.S. custody orders) are not enforced/enforceable in Thailand.

American citizens who travel to Thailand place themselves under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
If a taking parent chooses to remain in Thailand with a child or leave a child behind in Thailand,
the U.S. Embassy cannot force either the taking parent or the Thai Government to return the child to the United States. American citizens planning a trip to Thailand with dual national children should bear this in mind.

Dear President Bush and Vice-President Chaney,

I am a US Citizen, born in America, born in Boston, educated in Boston, and now age 60. I agree with what you have done to protect America by active steps to ensure safety.I do not accept what you and the Dept. of State has done for me: NOTHING.

The State Dept. claims they respect foreign sovereignty, it is correct to insert troops into Iraq,Kosovo, Hati, and to chastiseChina and Burma, on indifference to Human Rights, and social denial of basic freedom and rights for children.....and then you do nothing about what Thailand is doing to american citizens such as me....especially what they have not done to aid me and my family in a deteriorating situation in a decadent society.

I AM A CRIME VICTIM, defrauded, exploited, and robbed by thai's, thai police, thai governments, and especiallyby the US Embassy in Bangkok who claims that although I am a US Citizen and a crime victim and that myselfand my family is damaged, the US State Dept. policy is 'not to interfere with the sovernty of Thailand.'
Therefore, I am abandoned and left destitute.

As a longterm resident of California, I am well aware of your adherence to Human Rights.

I am no 60 years old, a crime victim, a victim of USA-Thailand favortism-diplomacy, a victimof theft by Thai Metropolitan Police, victim of US residency sponsorhip of Thai: Malisa khamphungton who seized assets held by Bank of America and assets hidden and withheld by a Thai Bank Bangkok. The US Embassy Bangkok will not and has not in anyway assisted [their policy is as a 'host' so they cannot call a criminal a criminal nor act to assist or to protect my rights].

The losses to me have been my life's saving, life's retirement assets, and seven years of my life,with the loss of health due to the continual stresses.

Although I am an economic and social crimes victim, the US Embassy will only 'loan' me money for repatriation [this I would be unable to repay and would be further criminalized for that]; the Embassy has told me to either abandon my thai wife and our children or to 'apply for visas and to pay all as well' The Embassy's practices actively tear family unity appart. The Embassy has repeatedly perjured itselfto both Rep Nancy Pelosi and Sen Freinstein [both of whom have not pressed forward with the case]

I have made efforts for the US FBI, US INS-HD, US-IRS, CA-Police, to take action against the initial causative person: Mr. Malisa [who has been arrested for prostitution in San Francisco].

I have made efforts with the Thai Embassy, Washington and Los Angles, to take actively sanctions; they toldme that 'Thai policy is to help and protect thai people even if they are known wrongdoers, even if they have damaged me and continue to damage others.'

I have sought the arrest or detaiment of Malisa and the Management of the Thai Bank by Thai Metro Policeand the Thai Courts; NONE of them would assist, 'thais do not hurt other thai's, thai's need protection fromforeigners because YOU lie and cheat the thai.'

I am thus floating in a social, legal, and political void without Citizen, without Human, and without Childrens Rights.
Although I am principally an economic crime victim, I have been able to care and house my children; Thai's have told me that if I cannot or do not want to, they would be happy to take the children from me, because they 'like foreign children just like they like foreign-pet dogs.' It makes them look lucky and rich.

The stresses of this, combined with my twice being hospitalized for hepatic-gall-bladder failure, has been too muchf or my thai wife to endure, in August, she forciblly abducted the children to get them 'away from my badlife and bad luck' [thai's are highly supersititious] This further complicates things. Again, the US Embassy turnsagainst me, as Thai Police reported to them [inaccurately] that as a foreinger, I am bad. Thailand is also not a signee of the Hague Convention on Childrens' Rights and thai police again will protect her abducting the childrenwithout any court oversight and without and examination my the department of mental health.

I need a paladin, an ombudsman, someone such as yourself who will stand up for fair justice.
Without assistance, I and my children can just forget about being an 'American', and be just another stateless refugee.

Under the United Nations Hague Convention, The Convention provides a legal mechanism to seek return of abducted and kidnapped children and or to exercise parental visitation rights.

Thailand, is not a signee to this internationally recognized agreement; childrens are abused and ignored as are the child's human rights.

Although the United States is obligated to actively protect all childrens rights and their citizen rights that enter into their sphere of influence, the US Embassy Bangkok will not interfer, assist, nor sanction a country ie. Thailand that is not concerned with human or childrens' rights issues, nor with the parental rights of foreigners. Thai Police and Thai Courts have a policy of 'silence' about such issues and a bias of aiding only the thai-side, 'thai helping thai'.

Thailand's 'legal-system' and its' claimed underying ethics and morality, is at best a feigned facade.
Thai's and Thailand claims that they are deeply concerned about the welfare and well-being of children.
In fact, not true for even basic childrens' rights.

Thailand, is not a signee of the United Nations Hague Convention. Thus, by usual senario: a distraught 'thai' wife abducts the children from the residence of the [usually] foreign husband denying them of their father, medical care, and a meaningful education.

Within Thailand, and sometimes outside of Thailand,...with the assistance of Thai Embasies, the children are abducted and secreted back to Thailand [again usually done by the thai wife].

Under the Hague Convention, this is a social, ethical, and criminal action.

Within Thailand, Thai Police will actively 'give-over' children to the wife, the thai-party, without any Thai Court judication, ...without consideration that the thai wife may have a history of mental imbalance and abuse, and without any consideration that such a decision should not be made by Thai Police.

Thai Metro Police will actively refuse to take a report against the abducting Thai wife ['thai's don't hurt thai's], Thai Metro Police will also not listen to the children's request that they do not wish to stay with 'mummy' but want to stay with 'pa'. [thai police do not listen to children's requests, even when injuries and scars can be shown, it is expedient and there is no need for the Thai Police to make paperwork about what happened].

The childrens rights are thus denied, their rights as humans are denied, and their well-being and education diminished.

Foriegn Embassy's, ie. U.S. Embassy Bangkok, can claim the virtue of 'forgetting'.
...'Thailand is a soviergn nation' and the US Embassy cannot interfer.' This is like witnessing a snake devour your child and your trying to be polite to the Host Country by not pointing out that there is a problem or that the childs' Rights and wellbeing are being denied....forever. The Embassy thus become complicit the Thai societies smiling veneer civility; [it is useful to note that it is impossible to talk or to tell the truth while smiling.]

The insidence of such events is frequent. The US Embassy non-action effectively results in the child's loss of rights, even though he or she may also be registered as US Citizens, by not even attempting a minimal request for intervention in the interests of the child.

The US Embassy may also become an accomplise by listening to the Thai Police side and complying by not disputing...the given story that all foreigner husbands 'fahlang' make trouble and are bad....not good like us thai's'

As the US Embassy wants to remain a non-interfering guest, the Embassy will not in anyway suggest, nor aid in a saving 'reabduction' even if it is clearly an act of justice in the child's best interests.[not the same as the foreign Thai Embassies that will assist thai's with abductions.]

As for progress through the Thai Courts... as a civil matter, most people have neither the time nor assets for this; there are also cases where the foreigner besides having his children abducted he has also had all of his assets stolen; how then can a crime-victim proceed to judication? [Both Thai Police and Thai Judges, acting on personal beliefs, find it 'unbeleivable' that foreigners do not have money, or that 'all' of there money could have been stolen.'

As for progress through the Mental Health departments of Thailand? Thailand has very little resources for all of the existing Thai mental-health problems and absolutely will not even consider that a distraught thai-wifeis a social, mental, and legal problem to thechildrens well-being.

And as for progresss on the basic thai social level? I have b een told by Thai's, 'if there is a problem between you and your wife, I will take the children to replace all the children I had aborted ...this will give me lucky.'

Lack of laws and social mores is no excuse for damaging a childs' rights and his future. Not compliance or signature agreement with International Standards and Statutes for Childrens Rights only brands the non-compliant country and its government as criminal.
